Executive 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa at Highlands Reserve Golf Course.  Our villa is  fully air-conditioned, Cable TV’s in family room & double bedrooms, We provide linens and towels. Our home combines comfort, luxury, privacy, and value for money.

The villa’s floor plan with it high ceilings, ceiling fans in all living areas, bedrooms and lanai, quality decor and sense of spacious make this a very welcoming home.  The kitchen comes fully equipped with every modern appliance including a large refrigerator/freezer, full size cooking stove, dishwasher, microwave and a variety of small appliances.  The Master Bedroom suite provides direct access to the pool deck.  It has a Queen size bed, cable TV, and an en-suite with shower and bath.  Bedroom two is a double bedroom, bedroom three has twin beds.  A further house bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 &3. A  sofa bed is in the living room so that our home will sleep a maximum of 8 people.

Private screened pool with sun deck area. The pool looks out onto conservation area so is not overlooked by other homes. If you just want to relax with your feet up, you can spend the day around the villa's private pool, and soak up the Florida sunshine.  The large deck enjoys the benefits of comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoors dining table and chairs.  Pool heating (optional extra) is available.  So if you are looking for a great golfing holiday or a Disney filled family vacation look no further .
